@xenophora I mean, it's legit - everyone has their own things about food. But I just sorta figured that cold leftovers were a universal.
"Rice pudding" was my swear word in middle school because I just Cannot Deal with the texture. 😅

I do a hippie version with short-grain brown rice, and it's *fabulous*.

@xenophora ok ok if you have a recipe I'll try it. I do like brown rice better, and maybe I can control the texture if I make it myself.
