This one is for PTSD and hypervigilance, specifically with hearing.
In a state of hypervigilance your brain is looking for any sign of danger and thus decides to keep an eye (or an ear) on anything happening at the time, no matter the quantity or relevance.
A zine that I collaborated on is available for (free) download now! Check it out, it's an important subject and I'm really proud of the work that went into this one.
