I just marinaded olives (properly) for the first time, and I recommend doing it if you're also an OLIVE ENTHUSIAST.
I think I used about half (maybe more?) of the jar of olives I bought, prepped it for 15 minutes and let it marinade in the fridge for 48 hours. The marinade itself was mostly winging it, and im pretty sure i mucked it up but its still tasty!
