Pachyrhinosaurus perotorum chieftain. This particular species lived in Alaska during the late Cretaceous. While it was not as cold as today's Alaska, it still would have been quite chilly for a rhino-sized reptile; thus, a feathery coat. Nothing really refuting it, but no real proof either. The jewelry should tip you off that this shouldn't be seen as accurate paleoart, however.
