Reminder to everyone who also feels overwhelmed by the current situation: step away from what you are currently doing when you start to feel overwhelmed, and take 5minutes to just breathe.
If you also feel like losing something like control over your day, make a list with everything that comes to your mind that you want to do or have to do,or just ideas.
I know lists don't help everyone, but it may help someone structure their day in these days.
This was also a reminder to myself after I was basically drowning in that feeling of being overwhelmed yesterday. There is a lot going on at the same time and that has thrown me out of my out of things I'm able to control and structure myself. So just know: you are not alone.
