The whirlwind looks fine imo, although certainly distinctive it effectively conveys turbulence. Keep it up :)

I wanted to try something with a bit restriction on colors, otherwise i go for trying to include the whole palette😉, so i went for b&w and 2 shades of gray.
Mostly i like how it turned out, except for the whirlwind; i tried about 10 different ways to get it right and that's the best, or rather: the least worse, i got.
