A question for you professionals: when you’re designing a set of characters, how do you make sure that they’re consistent in terms of style one with the other? I’ve been drawing some animal characters and it’s hard to make them all look like they belong to the same bunch.

@fredmbarros Rather broad advice, but color and shape can be a great way to "group" characters.

They might share a color palette or have a key color somewhere in their design.

A group of energetic, dynamic characters might be drawn with a lot of sharp angles.

Friendly, cuddly characters might have lots of curves and round shapes.
