Speaking of mushrooms, a while back I did this little concept design of a city set in a world I made up called "Eidiese". The whole thing is heavily inspired from things like the Lennus series and The Dark Crystal. A lot of the foliage is meant to be otherworldly, which includes giant mushroom trees that turn to stone during the winter.

I dunno, maybe once (or if) I finish "The Third Arbiter" I'll finally get to write a story set in that world.
