@a_breakin_glass have to feed it flour too! I did pass the culture on to others, so if theirs are still strong, maybe I don't have to start one from scratch. We'll see.

@a_breakin_glass If I do start one from scratch I want to wait until late spring and use elderflower, because I'm curious about how those wild yeasts would do on flour rather than the sugar I use in making elderflower champagne.
