@artsyhonker These might be useful when seen. But they do need to interject themselves into routine somehow. This is why cron jobs are handy for self care. But that needs power, natch... What about a calendrical organizer, either for a day or month? So you flip through the cards as a sort of checklist.

Iā€™d include hygiene things, and of course eating, drinking, and sleeping. Prayer and walks outdoors. PPE reminders such as sunglasses, headphones, other support devices.
