One of the main benefits of freelancing is that I don’t have to leave the house and brave the snowmageddon that exists outside. One of the main disadvantages of freelancing is that I work far away from home every other day.

@Waxlimbs i‘m learning Ableton but, mostly, use logic because it’s more UI friendly. For DJing I use Traktor and couple of controllers.
Is there anything you could share to listen? Usually, music for games are made in such way that it doesn’t distract from gameplay but gives the right atmosphere. Similar to what DJ‘s do imo

@tiger Cool! Logic is fun.
Most of the game music I've done has been diegetic, so there's not much "released" that I can show, although I have a compilation of music I wrote for jam games and small projects for friends here:

Send your stuff along too!

@Waxlimbs listening to it right now. Honestly, I didn’t expect much but this is blows my mind. Starting with „reclaiming“ — oof, so good! I had to download Bandcamp app and your album there.
Thank you for sharing, I will listen to it on my studio monitors when I’m back to town.
inb4: my music is only DJ sets so far (at least, 1 hour long so I don’t expect you listening much to it)

@tiger Nice! I like your taste. Carries motion yet is relaxing.

@Waxlimbs in addition, it slightly reminds me the music from El Huervo which he wrote for SteamworldDig2, for some reason (probably, atmosphere?).
