Today's #NaNoGenMo lunch hour was working on refactoring and creating a DGML output so I can debug this plot generation when things are working as I want. Case in point, no one leaves home with this version.
@dmoonfire how is this project coming along?
@TechieInAK Slow but steady.
I still think I'm on track to switch to figuring out how to write prose and naming characters on the 16th. By then, I should have a nice and messy plot that follows a "typical" adventure novel. That is when I'll get into the *really* complex stuff of trying to write English.
At this point, it is just generic (they spend time together, they fight, someone dies, etc.)
Regardless, I'm having an absolute ball doing it. :) Which is really the point, right?
@dmoonfire absolutely! I'm curious to see what the final product ends up looking like.
@dmoonfire you don't seem like the kind of person to be stopped by insurmountable bugs :)
@TechieInAK There is a reason I've been working on Author Intrusion for six years and have yet to produce anything useful. :P

@TechieInAK I'm half afraid I'm going to hit some insurmountable bug and stall out. But so far, going strong.
(Plus, I get distracted easily. For example, this evening I realized I couldn't view DGML on Linux, so I wrote a dot file version.)
