@NLS ouch... yeah that's happened to me before
i guess also make sure you're hydrated well so your eyes don't dry out.. i also used to sometimes put sunglasses on when looking at my screen but i don't think that works great lol

@NLS blue light filter (windows has one by default called Night Light, my monitor also has one) and lowering the brightness on my monitor
