We're already fixing bugs for the 2018 Fundraiser, and here's a write-up of how we fixed a bug yesterday that was reported two days ago: Bug fixing is fun, it makes Sherlock Holmeses out of us all!

This week's development statistics. We worked really hard last week to get our unit tests in some semblance of order, but more work on that is needed. The unstable nightly builds need thorough testing, since Andrey Kamakin has been working hard on the most sensitive part of Krita!

This week's Krita statistics! And all summer of code students are making good progress, while the maintainer is back from his short vacation.

Our weekly meeting stats! Last week we released 4.1.0 beta, this week we want to release 4.1.0 final. A last minute bug might cause problems, though.

This week's Krita contributors meeting is over. Last week we released Krita 4.0.4 and did some preparation for 4.1.0, but our maintainer was sick and our lead developer was visiting relatives. Still, lots happened:

Lots of work got done last week! The Stroke Layer style got faster, there's a new caching system for rendering animations, work on improving locating and handling brushes and other resources, much work on the manual and three busy summer code students!

The team has been meeting almost weekly since 2016 (see for the notes), and we've started keeping a weekly stats section. At the sprint we decided to share the stats with all of you, so here's this week's stats section!
