So, I am thinking of using something like Gumroad to host resources and future projects. Maybe people here know something I should rather use? I could use a cloud, but I'd like to have a nice page with like products listings just that it is optional if one wants to pay. Is there a good alternative I should use or is gumroad good? #help #askmastodon #gumroad

@ChrisTalleras I've always enjoyed the Gumroad interface as a consumer and also as a maker (I have some ebooks for sale on there)--but people can't stumble upon your Gumroad stuff--there's no search function, if I understand correctly. So keep that in mind!
@ChrisTalleras i always recommend itch.io as an excellent alternative to gumroad for comics, but im not sure how theyd handle other resources. Havent checked them out in months tho so i wouldnt be surprised if they had new features to make that work by now!
