@Algot ha, with that picture I got another story for you!
I've got a new collegue and he seemed to me like one of these eternally grumpy dudes. The picture was made perfect when I walked over to his desk and noticed water sprinkles on my arms. I looked up and saw he sat under a roof window. I asked him "Hey, is it raining on your desk?!" and he just responds "Yeah, nature I guess." and proceeds to do nothing and just worked at his desk in the rain. It was amazing.
