I wonder how a person would find out that they had a parasitic infection so that they could then go to their doctor to tell them about it.
I'm glad to say that I am just reacting to the words of an ad on TV which suggested reporting such an infection to one's doctor.
But how does one, on their own, identify that it is a parasitic infection?
@Algot I'd say the same way as usual things : get symptoms of something going wrong with your body (rashes pain ect ect), go see doctor bout them?
But it's strange wording, I think.
I'd certainly expect to go to the doctor if I got the rash, etc., but I would not expect to be able to say, "Y'know, Doc, I've got this parasitic infection."
I would think I'd say "I have this painful rash." and the doctor would look and say, "Hey this is caused by a parasite."
@Algot Yeah, that's fair v:
I do think I listen too critically to ads. Many of them bug me while my dear wife has to listen to me complain. She prefers to just ignore the ads.
I'm just trying to pass the complaints off here on social media instead.
Thanks for listening!
@Algot I have experience with that, but it's quite a gross affair, and likely anecdotal. :v
